Whenever you work with important files on various projects, it's important to keep all this data in a safe place so that in case a hard disk or hacker attack occurs, you will still have your personal files in a safe place. Unfortunately, copying files in a safe location on the hard disk or USB memory stick regularly seems like a time-consuming and annoying thing and it's a much better idea to use a specialized application which can help you automate the backup process.

An application which can help you in this situation is File Backupper. As the name clearly states, this Windows program allows you to back up all your important files on a regular basis to any location. The application does not need installing and it's enough to download and unzip the program's archive and launch the EXE file.

After launching File Backupper, a graphical interface will be displayed and the user will be able to quickly get familiar with the program's functionality and options, as all of them are optimally placed. The first thing to do is to add the desired folder which should be backed up and then a backup folder. Adding such folders to File Backupper can only be done using drag and drop and there is no possibility of adding them using an open dialog.

After adding the desired folders, it's time to customize the backup process. There are several backup possibilities to choose from and each of them can be easily understood and used with the help of icons.

File Backupper can either back up all the files from a certain folder on a regular basis or can automatically sync new files with the backup location. The second backup method is faster as only newer files are being synchronized. File Backupper also includes a simulation feature, which allows you to simulate the backup process before actually running it. Thus, the user will be able to spot any possible error.

Pros

It allows you to add folders to the interface using drag and drop. What's more, there are several backup methods to choose from. Furthermore, the user can simulate the backup process.

Cons

The demo version only supports a maximum of 20 backup tasks. File Backupper allows you to easily back up all your important files and folders in several ways.
